All the grunts and moans fading away tells Geen that the group is doing good. He edges forward, peeks outwards, spots his new quarry, and let's a nice shot go. The bolt hits the creature up high.

The boulder the zombie is hiding behind doesn't even come into play for Geen, who's keen eyes can make a hard shot into an easy one.

Happy where he is at, Geen heads back behind the cliff-side rocks.

[MINOR] Uses HUNTERS QUARRY vs. Zombie Archer (l.grey)
[STANDARD] Uses NIMBLE SHOT vs. Zombie Archer (l.grey) shifting to A9 : Nimble shot vs. Zombie Archer (l.grey) & Dmg (1d20+11+1=27, 1d10+5=14, 1d6=6)
[MOVE] Moves back into full cover (off map) w/ stealth : Stealth (1d20+12+1=17)

Hit AC:29 for 20 dmg (zombie gets no cover bonus due to my feat) ***Also, forgot my +2 from CA being stealthed.

Geen pegs the other zombie from around the cliff (20 damage, bloodied), while the first steps back and hits Yeraa in the arm (7 damage).

Knowing he can't effect much at this point Lan tag-teams with Sentinel once more. He moves forward past the warforged, juxtaposes his mind, and an instant later sees Sentinel's back once again.

Now used to the coordinated battle with Lan, Sentinel does not hesitate before moving forward. He directs his rear sensors to the archer nearer Yeraa while his blade crackles with a thunderous boom as it connects with the other.

Sentinel and Lan continue to work well together and Sentinel's blade just puts one of the zombies to rest (12 damage to Light Gray, killed).

Kurvilis hits the last zombie with force, nearly killing it before Yeraa finishes off the zombie with a yell and a deep slash (Kurvilis does 8 damage, Yeraa does 12 and kills it).

"Where are my scouts? They should have seen the zombies and returned. We must find them!"

OOC: You gain 1039 XP, shared six ways, which is 173.17 XP each. There is basically a short scene left in this section and then I will start a new thread. Unfortunately, I will have to put this on a two month hiatus between threads (I would like to finish this part out, though). When we come back you will be level 5 (I think you are close, if not already there, so we will just level up rather than come back and possibly have one encounter then leveling). I will try to get the wiki updated with story information during the down time. And when I start the new thread, I will post a link at the end of this one, as well as a summary of the previous story so far as the first post of that thread. Thanks for being patient! Again, I would like to finish this part out over the next week or so, so please keep up on playing.

Lan issues some orders. "Geen. Khav. Go in opposite directions and scout the scouts. Don't take any chances or engage any more enemies. Just come back as soon as you find something." He then summons the fury of his halberd and channels the dark force into healing Sentinel and Yeraa.

Geen doesn't hesitate. He gives a quick nod and heads off in the direction of where he was hiding. He moves stealthily to help avoid any unnecessary entanglements.
