Kelleth's strike lands true, and it opens the ogre to a wicked attack from Hulk. Roaring in rage, the ogre stares at the goliath and swings a careful and measured attack that lands solidly for 18 damage. 4 temp HP accounted for. Ogre makes saving throw and is no longer immobile

Seeing the Goliath up and moving, an orc decides that he would rather have the ogre between himself and the maul wielding, death defying brute, and it charges Kelleth. Caught somewhat offguard, the avenger suffers a nasty cut for 15 damage.

Etherra's magic cold only chills the orc, but both it and the ogre find their joints stiff and their attacks slow.

OOC: No worries Gary. I figured that we'd probably be out for the weekend.

Kelleth's blow further hurts the ogre. Greiviously injured, it lashes out at Hulk, but the goliath manages to deflect the blow with his shin. Etherra saved Hulk's bacon, Josh.

Confident, Grim walks past his enemies.

Move: Walk H3,4,5,6 ending at H8 if ogre takes an OA, or continuing to G7,8 if not, trying to provoke an OA from orc. Any creature that attacks Grim takes 6d6+2 damage before the attack is resolved. If this deals 12 or more damage, DS aura is reset to 1 and the enemy is weakened for its attack.

Grim walks forward, brazenly dropping his guard before the ogre. Hurt and on its last legs, it lashes out with a nasty blow, but drops dead before the attack can strike Grim.

OOC: Looks like I missed the bloodied tag on the orc, sorry all.

With a hate filled spell, Grim severs the orc's mind from its body. The lifeless husk falls limp, its great axe clattering on the floor.

Striping away all the status effects that end after a short rest, I get this:

Took a beating that fight. Etherra will use 3 surges, which will put her at 47/48.

"Look guys, we need to fight better. With better tactics. I was left open there quite a bit and got all scratched up. Damn, nearly died. What can we do to make it better?" says Etherra, more as an inquiry than a demand.
